Creeting & Coast is a residential promotor that expertly progresses residential schemes from project inception, through viability assessment and site evaluation to planning consent and commercial sale.
Our focus is small to medium scale housing schemes across the East of England where we can best make use of our knowledge, experience and networks. The focus is always on success, mitigating planning risk and ensuring the schemes are attractive to the local community, both from an aesthetic and community benefit perspective.
The leadership team at Creeting & Coast, consisting of Ian Booker, David Mack, John Mack, and John Booker, along with their dedicated development team, combine a vibrant and forward-thinking range of skills and expertise. This mix of talents is strategically aligned to maximise the potential for success in their projects.

Our Experience
Our team’s experience largely originates in the challenging renewable energy industry: having successfully guided wind and solar projects in England, Scotland and Wales through planning and on to operation. We are very proud of our heritage and have ongoing involvement in the sector.
Our directors’ housing experience covers some 5,000 dwellings over 200 planning consents, financial assessment of projects up to a £2 billion value and the largest development being some 1,500 units. Our team has advised on town planning and financial risks and mitigation strategies for multi-million pound projects and brokered sales of 10-100 unit developments across the East and South East of England.
Considered handling and negotiation of the affordable housing element of developments is often complex and sensitive but a negotiation we view as a core skill. We are proud to view our expertise in this integral part of development as value-adding and critical to the maximisation of a project’s value.
